ESTIMATES & INVOICING

How do I get a price estimate for the job?

The best place to start is by calling or talking with one of our designers. Explain your project and what you would like to get done.

After all details have been exchanged certain projects may require measurements. Our large projects are determined based on square footage.

Why do I have to pay to see any designs?

Most of our work is custom and takes time to create. Our designers work hard to provide unique designs. As insurance for us and our time, we require some form of payment before any custom work.

Can I do payments?

At this current moment in time, we do not provide any options for payments. All payments for graphics are due at the time of purchase. For large projects, payment is required at the completion of the project.

BOAT WRAPS

How do we start working on a boat wrap?

The best place to start is by calling or talking with one of our designers. Explain your boat and what you would like to do in detail. Bringing the boat by will also be a good way to get hands-on with the start of the wrap.

How much does it cost to wrap a boat?

There is no easy answer to this question. Each boat can be very different and will vary depending on the situation. Square footage, boat type, base material, and preparation will all directly impact the final price of the boat.

How long does a boat wrap last?

Boat wraps can actually last for several years. With new advancements in material technology, it provides a better end product. Our material is a high tac, UV-resistant film great for all conditions.

With great care and attention, the wrap can last 5-7+ years.

What to do if my boat wrap begins to bubble or lift?

Wrap material is not invincible. Bubbling and lifting are very rare occasions but do occur. If possible bring the boat by the shop as soon as possible. We can mitigate any further problems if the issue is addressed ASAP.

Any issues not attended to in a timely manner are the responsibility of the customer.

COMMERCIAL WRAPS

How do we start working on a commercial wrap?

The best place to start is by calling or talking with one of our designers. Explain the vehicle and what you would like to do in detail. Bringing the vehicle by will also be a good way to get hands-on with the start of the wrap. We may need to take measurements and match colors to properly provide an accurate estimate.

How much does a commercial wrap cost?

There is no easy answer to this question. Each boat can be very different and will vary depending on the situation. Square footage, boat type, base material, and preparation will all directly impact the final price of the boat.

PROMOS & DEALS

Do we provide sponsorships, dealer, or rider discounts?

Yes, we can provide sponsorships, dealer, and rider discount options. However, they are subject to approval by the owner. Contact one of our designers to talk about options. (We are not obligated to provide discounts/sponsors to everyone)s.

When will you have discounts on sled wraps & graphics?

We have occasional discounts that are available on our website throughout the year. Holidays & snow show season are our biggest sales of the year. Follow our socials to be notified about updates relating to discounts.

Can you do discounts on bulk orders?

Depending on the situation we can provide a bulk deal on many of our products. The best thing to do would be to contact our shop and speak with one of our designers. We are not required to provide bulk pricing for our products. They are custom and unique to every project.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

What happens after I place my order?

One of our designers will be notified that an order has been placed. Our orders will be worked on in chronological order. Please be patient as it can take 2-3 business days before the first proof has been sent through email. Once the design is approved we will send the graphics into production where they will be printed, laminated, cut, and packaged.

How long until I receive my graphics/wrap?

The average time for a sled to reach its final destination is around 7-10 business days. Time can vary depending on how long it takes to approve the design, production time, or shipping location. Busy times of the year will increase the time it takes to produce and ship the product

Can I rush my order?

Yes, you can rush your order. However, there will be an additional rush charge fee on top of the cost of faster shipping. Please contact our shop if you would like rush your order.

CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION

What if there is a color I want that isn’t in the available options?

Please choose the color option that most closely resembles the desired color. In the additional information section, you can type out the color along with other changes that are not available in the customizer. During the proofing process we will try to match the desired color as close as possible.

What if I want a custom design?

We can do fully custom designs. However, there will be an additional base design fee (Depending on the complexity of the design it may require an hourly fee). Contact one of our designers to talk about options.

Can I use my own logo or images?

Please make sure to include the name of the logo and position in the additional information section. During the proofing process, the customer can email the logo directly to one of our designers (If possible, please provide a vector-based logo file for ease of editability: AI, PDF, .SVG, and EPS are recommended). If the correct file type is not provided, some recreation may require additional fees.

Can I see any custom designs before purchasing a product?

Unfortunately not, due to our business policy we require a form of payment before custom work. As with purchasing anything else online.

WARRANTY

Do we provide a warranty on our graphics/wraps?

No, however, If it is determined that we have made an error on our part we will replace parts of the wrap. Please contact our shop to talk about options for fixing the wrap on your sled (we do not cover the cost of the areas of the wrap that have been damaged, installed incorrectly, or from a lack of correct information from the customer).

I messed up a piece on my sled/bike, can you reprint singular pieces?

Yes, please contact our shop to talk about options. The pieces will be charged at the value of the piece(s).

The graphics/wrap are not sticking?

Check the surface of the sled plastics to make sure they are cleaned properly. Clean off any exhaust residue, dust, or coatings. All of these situations could affect the adhesive and ruin the wrap. Textured plastics, poor post-heating, or lack of pressure could prevent the graphics from installing correctly. if it appears that it was due to our error, please email pictures to one of our designers and we will make a determination based on the information that is provided.

RETURNS

The wrap you sent me doesn’t fit my sled or bike?

Please contact our shop and email pictures to one of our designers. We will make a determination based on the information we received. If we are at fault we would ask you to ship the incorrect wrap back to us, and we will ship you a new wrap on the correct templates free of charge. If the templates are incorrect due to the lack of correct information, the customer will be liable for the cost of the wrap.

I decided didn’t want my wrap/graphics, can I get a refund?

No, we do not have a refund policy for unwanted product. The work we do is custom to each of our customers. In almost all cases the product cannot be resold because of the unique nature of the product.

ADITTIONAL QUESTIONS

You don’t have an option for my snowmobile or bike?

No, however, If it is determined that we have made an error on our part we will replace parts of the wrap. Please contact our shop to talk about options for fixing the wrap on your sled (we do not cover the cost of the areas of the wrap that have been damaged, installed incorrectly, or from a lack of correct information from the customer).

The graphics don't fit around my after-market bumpers/parts?

Our templates are entirely based on stock parts and bumpers for each sled. We do not have templates for aftermarket bumpers. If this is a major concern speak with one of our designers and they can make some minor adjustments to the wrap. Additional fees may be required.

Should I put my wrap on before my after market bumpers?

Yes, installing your wrap before may ensure that it is installed effectively. It will help to avoid any problems that may occur in the future.

Why is the wrap on my gas take bubbling?

Gas fumes will escape through the plastic tanks on all models of sleds. The gas gets trapped under the wrap. During periods of non-use especially in warmer conditions, this is a common situation.

How do I get bubbles out?

Use a very thin and sharp object to poke a hole in the bubble. Use extra heat and pressure to try and remove all the air.
